The Joe Mendes Golf Tournament is always scheduled for the third Saturday of September of each year. If you are interested in playing you can download an application from below or call (508) 999-7022, (508) 995-0457 and have a form mailed to you. All proceeds go to the Kidney Foundation in memory of Joe Mendes. Help support a good cause and have a little fun in Joe's memory, he would have wanted that.
